Our Work: Enhancing Multilingual Learner Success

We believe love for learning starts early, and requires persistent and engaging practice and application. Our whole-school strategy—from family partnership to culturally and linguistically responsive school environments—works to bolster language development, literacy, and champion success and joy in academics.

We bring a dynamic blend of teacher training and leadership growth to our educators and administrators, sparking cross-school collaboration and building internal coaching and capacity to support all students. SEAL-trained teachers report increased confidence in their work, as well as feeling more empowered and effective in engaging with Dual Language and Multilingual Learners and their families.

Proven and Rigorous Research

Effective education demands continuous advancement. We conduct research in our classrooms, pilot new approaches, and publish insights, findings, updates, anecdotes, and more to advance the field’s understanding of what works for Dual Language and Multilingual Learners.

Policy & Advocacy

Lifelong joy for education starts in the classroom, and lasting change requires effective policy.
