Jenny joined the SEAL team in 2023 as a program specialist, bringing over 11 years of experience from the Culver City Unified School District. She began her teaching journey as a 3rd grade dual immersion teacher and later transitioned to an intervention specialist. Throughout her career, Jenny has taken on various leadership roles, becoming passionate about utilizing Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) to meet the needs of all students through data-driven decision-making, progress monitoring, and evidence-based strategies. She has dedicated her efforts to building systems that prioritize instructional design and tiered supports for students, with a particular focus on multilingual learners. She holds a BA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara, an MA in Bilingual Education from Loyola Marymount University, and a Reading and Literacy Added Authorization from the University of Southern California.
