Judith joined the SEAL team in November 2022. Judith is an accomplished bilingual educator and comes to SEAL with deep administrative and leadership experience. In her last role, Judith was the Principal at Jefferson Elementary School in San Leandro. Prior to that, Judith was the Assistant Principal and Interim Principal at Hillview Crest Elementary School in Union City. Before her role in Union City, she was a Federal and State Programs Coordinator at Hayward Unified School District. Prior to that, Judith was a School Improvement Grant Coordinator (Hayward Unified School District) and Bilingual Program Resource Teacher (Hayward Unified School District). Judith earned her Master of Arts in Education degree, Administrative Services Credential, and Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare degree from University of California, Berkeley.
