  • As part of our P-3 alignment series, this webinar is intended to support local educational agencies, community-based organizations, and their partners by providing an overview of Assembly Bill 2268, which focuses on the initial identification and assessment of English learners (ELs) and provides an opportunity to learn more about specific changes such as the English Language Proficiency Assessment for California (ELPAC) no longer being a requirement for transitional kindergarten (TK) students.
  • This webinar will amplify the voices of researchers and practitioners who will share instructional strategies to support the implementation of AB 2268. These strategies will help schools and educators respond to the needs of multilingual TK students and support continued development of home languages for all children in P-3 settings.
