Since its establishment in 2018 and reauthorization in 2022 with a $20 million investment from the state of California, BTPDP has been dedicated to increasing the number of highly qualified bilingual teachers. Partnering with Azusa Unified School District, SEAL continues its statewide efforts to grow the bilingual teacher pipeline and support educators in their professional journey.
